3. Log Files & Cookies

AI Tools Brief uses log files and a small number of cookies. We set no advertising cookies and sell no data to anyone.

• Authentication session cookie. Keeps you signed in on the dashboard. Secure and HTTP-only, so it cannot be read by scripts.
• Attribution cookie (atb_src). Set on your first visit if you arrived from a link carrying campaign parameters or from another website. It records only the campaign name and the site you came from — never your identity, your browsing history, or the pages you read here. If you later subscribe, that origin is stored with your subscription so we can tell which channels bring readers. It is HTTP-only, expires after six months, and is never shared with a third party.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure page traffic, which sets its own cookies and is a third-party service. It reports aggregate audience and page statistics to us.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver our services:

• Stripe: Processes payment transactions. Stripe's privacy policy can be viewed on their official website.
• Resend: Used to dispatch emails securely. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for communication purposes.
• Google Identity / GitHub OAuth: Used for secure authentication if you opt to sign in using SSO.
• Google Analytics: Measures page traffic. It receives your IP address and page-view data, as described in section 3.
